Kennedy Sutherland

Since the age of five, Kennedy Sutherland has lived a life marked by worship. As the daughter of a senior pastor in Pittsburgh, Kennedy grew up attending choir practice and revival meetings where she fell in love with singing and gave her life to Jesus. After attending Bethlehem College and studying Theology and Global Studies, Kennedy moved to Botswana as a long term missionary where she led worship at a ministry base. During her time in Africa, Kennedy was marked by the Lord in worship and saw countless miracles happen in the field as the Holy Spirit rested on her song.

After moving back to Pittsburgh, Kennedy met Peyton through a mutual friend and fell in love with the vision for New Life Church. After joining staff as the Worship Pastor, Kennedy has been instrumental in building a community of worshippers in Allentown who are dedicated to both excellence in their craft and their devotion to the Lord. 

When she’s not leading worship or giving vocal lessons, you’ll find Kennedy running a 5K race or shopping for fresh veggies at a local farmers market.
